Is there really no credit card required?
Correct! Start your 14-day free trial without entering any payment information. We'll only ask for payment details when you're ready to continue.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days, you can choose to subscribe to continue using PAYHROLL. If you don't, your account will be paused (not deleted) until you're ready.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees and no per-employee fees. You pay one flat rate for your plan no matter how many people you pay.
Do you handle tax filing?
No. PayHRoll calculates your federal, FICA and state withholding on every payroll run and shows you exactly what you owe, but you file the returns and remit the payments yourself. If you need a provider that files and pays on your behalf, a full-service payroll company such as Gusto or Paychex is the right fit.
Do you pay my employees by direct deposit?
Not yet. PayHRoll calculates each person's net pay and produces their paystub; you send the money the way you already do — bank transfer, Zelle, or cheque.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees.
